Most people call me "Mac" because of the striking resemblance I have to the baseball player, Mark McGuire. Evidently many people believe so; because I have numerous people stop me to let me that I look like him. It does however make bars prime target to play practical jokes on those gullible people after a few drinks. So, if you catch me in a bar, I might be going by Steve McGuire, Mark Maguire's cousin.

Although I do have limits on how far I will take this joke. For example, I was with my dad when the Astros played McGuire and company. As I was walking around the stadium I received some interesting looks. But I couldn't take it when a little 6 year old came up to me with the most innocent face you could imagine. He Then proceeded to ask me if I was Mark McGuire and if I could sign his baseball. I didn’t know what to say, but I did tell him that I was not him and I wished I could have got him an autograph.
